With an experience of 4 years in Learning & Development industry led by another 4years in financial services sector, I expertise in providing training on one of the most vital elements to an employee's well-being, which is Personal Effectiveness. Technical skills are of utmost importance but only when an employee is able to withstand multiple tumultuous scenarios in daily work life. There comes the role of Personal Effectiveness Labs or Workshops. To name a few - Conflict resolution at workplace, Difficult Decision making, Storytelling, etcetera. These trainings enable employees to not get distracted by challenging situations and in turn leverage those to their learning. With certifications from British Council on Business English Teaching and from Asian College of Teachers on Master Trainer Program, I am capable of delivering engaging and fun-filled sessions on topics related to one's development and well-being. Eventually with the need of current situation where online workflow is more evident, I am equipped with knowledge to conduct both Offline and Online training sessions.
