Piping Stress Analysis Engineering

I am doing piping stress analysis using two platforms CaesarII and Caepipe. I have been in the field of piping since 2005 and performing piping stress analysis starting from 2008.

My services include:

  • Static analysis based on ASME B31.3 & B31.1 considering wind-based in ASCE-7-16, seismic effect based on ASCE-7-16, ANSI A58.1-1988.
  • Design of hanger support using anvil catalog based on MSS-SP-69 
  • Selection of expansion joints based on EJMA, and using Pathway catalog
  • Study tank nozzle based on API-650 and pressure vessels nozzle loads based in WRC-107, 297, 537, ASME SEC VII DIV.2
  • Centrifugal pump nozzle check based on API-610 & EN ISO-5199
  • Centrifugal and reciprocated Compressor nozzle check based API-617 & 618
  • Steam Turbines-NEMA SM 23
  • Flange leakage analysis ASME B16.5, ASME SEC VII DIV.2, EN 1591 
  • Buried piping analysis ASME B31.1 APPENDIX VII
  • FRP/GRE pipes based on ISO 14692 part 3
  • safety relief valve Discharge force effect analysis ASME B31.1 Appendix II
  • Model and Harmonic analysis based on ASME B31.3
  • Time History
  • Earthquake Spectrum
  • FEA analysis
  • Nozzle analysis
  • Pipe Shoe Design

 

Besides Piping stress analysis, I also can make support selection, and typical pipe drawings also design Engineered supports.
