• I am currently working as a Project Coordinator to understand the ability to upgrade servers to the latest version. • Communicate with technical senior managers to understand weather application, middleware and database operating on the server are sufficient for the OS server upgrade. • Communicating with project manager to report on project status. • Organising and setting up conferences and meetings. • Liaise with IBM and Westpac project managers to advise them what version the server/middleware can be upgraded to and communicate and coordinate a suitable schedule change time. • Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties. • Responsible for handling the projects finances. • Identify, analyse, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks. • Developing training and briefing material for staff. • Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers.
