Asset management of diversified European real estate portfolio with responsibilities throughout the investment cycle from due diligence to disposal. 

Effectively negotiated multi-million-pound, complex lease agreements outperforming business plan. Realised 6-figure costs savings and additional cashflow streams and negotiated complex dilapidation settlement across parties. 

Managed disposal process of a hotel portfolio. Developed and maintained operational models for 61 hotels and deal cash flow model. Led disposal data room and Q&A process. 

Produced cash flow projections and prepared operational and valuation models to identify asset enhancement strategies of various portfolio assets. Built and delivered business plans and managed liquidity and financing needs. 

Established reporting and control processes for regular portfolio reports and streamlined onboarding of new assets and advisor teams. 

Led due diligence of supermarket portfolio by analysing assets and forming point of contact for broker and sellers.
