I am an architect working on Auckland projects for more than 5 years and am highly experienced in this field.

What I require from the clients:-

1 - Topographical survey drawings in CAD format.

2 - Numbers of bedrooms and other rooms.

3 - Other requirements, if any

The following shall be the process, once I receive the above-mentioned requirements, for the project to run smoothly.

Step 1 - I will draw a draft design based on your requirements and share it with you for your comments.

Step 2 - Any changes in the plans to be implemented shall be communicated and the same shall be done and sent back to you.

Step 3 - You shall approve the drawings once you are satisfied with the layout.

Step 4 - I shall produce a complete RC set and send you the PDF and DWG file.

I will provide you with the following drawings, as mentioned bellow:-

1- Topo Plan

2- Demolition plan

3- Site plan

4- Control plan (Ground & First floor)

5- Coverage calculations

6- Ground floor plan

7- First floor plan

8- Elevations

9- Solar study (Only for the month of 22nd Sept, 9AM - 4PM)
