• Studying drawings and Developing project schedules, monitoring, and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource. • Deployment, time over-runs to ensure successful completion of projects. • Creating cash flow, material, resource plans, and manpower histogram based on the concept and preliminary details, as a management input for finalization of procurement, construction. • Undertaking resource and cost calculation and loading resource and cost in Primavera (P6). • Communicating updated package wise project schedules periodically to the project team. • Analyzing gaps between planned v/s actual and highlighting areas needing attention for the action of the Project Team. • Monitoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output. • Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements. • Preparation of Bi-Weekly, Monthly Look a Head and recovery program. • Preparing EOT analysis for the projects with supporting documents for the justification for cost and time claims.
