We provide Staffing Services- Contract, Contract-to-hire, Permanent and Recruiters on Demand. I am a staffing industry veteran with over 20 years' staffing industry experience servicing major clients in the United States of America and Canada. I have extensive experience in leading staffing engagements for multiple Fortune 500 companies, mid-size companies, and government agencies in various capacities.

Under my leadership, recruiting teams have recruited contract, contract-to-hire and permanent resources for major clients in North America including but not limited to Apple, Microsoft, Pepsi, Monsanto, SUN Micro Systems, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, Honeywell, Rogers, Bank of Montreal, TD Bank,  CIBC, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, CapGemini, Tata Consultancy Services and Cognizant, and Provinces of Alberta and Manitoba (Canada), States of New York, and California (USA).

We adheres to a 24/7 service model that is focused on client satisfaction and a “just-in-time” service philosophy.  This means that we strive to provide a quick turn-around time on requests and consistently deliver on our clients’ most exacting staffing requirements. Using proven assessment, search, screening, and on-boarding procedures, we provide qualified candidates to our clients within three business days.  

Our service model is also based on regular and coordinated communication with our clients’ hiring managers.  We provide standard and custom progress reports to keep our clients informed on the search and review process including resumes and supplemental information on leading candidates.

We defines success in providing consultant services as the ability to meet the needs of our clients by having enough pool of the right people with the right skills at the time and in the numbers required to fulfill the needs of the project. Our approach in providing staff augmentation services has always been that of total quality management and continuous improvement of means to locate, identify, and acquire talent efficiently and effectively.  This philosophy has always been the hallmark of how we do business.  We believe in process quality, which allows us to deliver a consistent, repeatable service to our customers.  As such, we designate staff with the appropriate expertise to fulfill specific roles within the staffing process, thereby maintaining a level of independence, and checks and balances during each stage of the process.

This process allows us to service and handle “fast track” procurement and a large volume of requests.  We believe in hiring and dedicating recruiters that are well familiar with the geographical areas we service.  In this way, local cultures, corporate practices, and technical talent are known to us that enables us to better position and match candidates to opportunities.
