• Account management of new and existing brands • Handling All the category Like Food, cosmetic and personal care, Textiles, home and garden, Health and wellness manufacturer and distributor from all over India • Managing the seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at Organicshop, Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan. • Interact with the new vendor for new business opportunity • To handling client/Vendor/Seller account. • To communicate with vendors for outstanding payments. • To process the bulk order, and to process the shipping for bulk order • Managing and driving the growth of the seller’s business: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller Organicshop. • Updating of stock • Coordination with packaging team. • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the organic shop Brand products listed on Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Amazon and other ecommerce portals • Responsible for the stock updates and inventory information from each of the Manufacturer/ distributors. • Provide regular performance feedback as well as deliver timely performance evaluations • Managing the inventory • Relationship Management: Responsible for handling the account related activities of the seller & one point of contact to offer resolution for the issues raised by the sellers/vendors • Managing the payment of the seller/vendors • Handling a team which having more than 5-6 team members.
