I bring a craftsman’s approach and an artist’s eye to every production, be it a commercial, brand film, corporate interview, music video, or promotional film. Combining 12-years' experience as a creative director with a national ad agency, with 5 years' of practical experience as a shooter, I have a keen eye for composition, exposure, and movement, as well as strong story-telling instincts, sensitive insights into performances, and a solid feel for branding and marketability. I'm comfortable shooting set-ups and run-and-gun, as well as chroma-key work, and shots destined for compositing and effects. I have pro-level gear across the board; cameras, lenses, tripods, sliders, jibs, motion-control systems, 3-axis gimbals, interview lighting, audio acquisition, and more. I'm familiar with a wide variety of camera packages, and am able to quickly acquaint myself with new systems and rental gear, if needed. In addition to traditional DP / Operator duties, I'm also able to provide clients with aerial cinematography, and motion-controlled timelapse photography as well.
