I can identify the deficiencies and errors of any data with full contemplation and can correct the incompatibility within the least time. I am familiar with scanning documents into documents management system and transcribing information into requisite electronic format with full accuracy.

During my time as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at CUSTODIAN LIFE ASSURANCE , I utilized many of these skills, and also one of my duty was Reviewing  and maintaining written and computer files, plus conducting data entry.

Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports

Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvement

Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment and disposal.



My experience with Custodian LIFE ASSURANCE provided me with the opportunity to hone my written ability, as I was responsible for proofreading and editing executive correspondence. It also helped me to develop excellent time management and prioritizing skills to complete work on a deadline.
