Hello, my name is Tyler C. Roach. I am a virtual and augmented reality developer. I have experience with both Unity and Unreal Engine 4, and am skilled in both C# and Javascript. I have created applications for a variety of headsets such as the Oculus DK2, Samsung Gear VR, and Google Cardboard. The applications I've developed range from virtual tours, to education tools, to car showrooms, and I have experience with multiple platforms (PC, Mac, iOS, Android). As a senior in high school, I was chosen by HP to create a 360 degree virtual tour app. The app uses 360 photos, videos, and narration, as well as gaze-based input to simulate a virtual tour of the HP Discover conference. I am currently an intern at one of the top emerging technology companies in the nation, Bricksimple LLC. I also actively participate in hackathons, and recently the award for Best User Interface at HackNJIT.
