I work as a part-time freelancer, but am up front when I won't be available to work on something. This mostly includes working weekdays after 6:00 PM and weekends. I try to be realistic in deadlines and am available to answer questions via e-mail, even after a project is complete. I have been developing web sites for 10 years, professionally and freelance. I have 10 years of experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Photoshop. I also have experience with PHP/MySQL and DreamWeaver. I generally prefer to create typical HTML sites powered by CSS. I can and have created PHP/MySQL CMS driven sites using Joomla and WordPress. I enjoy offering people and local businesses a presence on the internet from my home office and have been providing weekly updates, maitenance and a weekly HTML e-mail newsletters for a local moviehouse for over five years.
