Maintain department documents and procedures. 4 Coordinate with human resources and other departments on processes and procedures. 5. Proactively seek out improvements in processes. 6. Champion of the hiring process and onboarding process for hourly Radial associates and contingent labor force. 7. Point of contact with Staffing agencies partners and Management on monthly conversions, assignments beginning and ending. 8. Facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions. (Trainer) 9. Track California and federal legislative programs compliance for meal periods, new hire documentation, and alternative work schedules. 10. Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly and monthly metrics reports as assigned. 11. Ability to understand and work with WMS programs and RF equipment as assigned. 12. Communicate both verbally and through e-mail in a professional and courteous manner. 13. Multi-task and handle consistent interruptions by emails, phone calls, and the Operations team. 14. Report errors to management and help determine the resolution. 15.Coordinate travel, events and recognition programs. 16. Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 17. Work overtime and holidays as deemed necessary by management. 28.
