Work Terms

Hours of Operation
As a freelance writer and transcriptionist, I am available for a total of 15 hours per week. My working hours are flexible, allowing me to accommodate various time zones and client needs. Typically, I can be reached from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 12 PM, and then again from 1 PM to 4 PM (local time). This schedule allows for dedicated focus on projects while also providing breaks to maintain productivity.

Payment Terms
For payment, I prefer using PayPal as it is a secure and widely accepted method for freelancers. Payments can be made upfront or upon completion of the project, depending on the agreement made prior to starting any work. I typically require a 50% deposit for larger projects to ensure commitment from both parties. Invoices will be sent via PayPal after the completion of each project or milestone.

Preferred Communication Style
I prefer using WhatsApp for communication with potential employers. This platform allows for quick and efficient exchanges of messages, voice notes, and documents. It is particularly useful for real-time discussions about project details, deadlines, and feedback. Additionally, WhatsApp’s user-friendly interface makes it easy to keep track of conversations related to specific projects.
