Work Terms
Project scope: The scope of the project will be outlined in detail before work begins, and any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Communication: Communication will primarily take place via instant messaging, or video conferencing. I will provide regular updates on the project status and respond to any queries or concerns promptly.
Payment: Payment for my services will be based on an hourly rate or a fixed fee, depending on the nature of the project. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work begins, and invoices will be submitted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Revisions: I will provide a reasonable number of revisions to ensure that the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon project scope. Additional revisions beyond the scope of the project will be subject to an additional fee.
Ownership and confidentiality: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all deliverables will be considered the property of the client upon payment. I will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project information and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent.
Deadlines: I will make every effort to deliver the project on or before the agreed-upon deadline. If unforeseen circumstances arise that may delay the project, I will inform the client immediately and work to find a suitable solution.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice at any time. The client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.
Guarantee: I stand behind the quality of my work and will make every effort to ensure that the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon project scope. If the client is not satisfied with the work, I will work to find a suitable solution or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
