When you get hired and work as a Freelancer, we collect a small percentage of every invoice amount as job fee.
Your job fee depends on your membership:
Based on your Agreement, you can split up to 5% of your job fee with the Employer.
Example 1: Let’s say you have a Basic Membership with a job fee of 9%. The Agreement finalized between you and the Employer is such that the Employer agreed to pay 2.5% of the job fee. The effective job fee that you would pay is 6.5% of the invoice value.
Example 2: Let’s say you have an Executive Membership with a job fee of 5%. The Agreement finalized between you and the Employer is such that the Employer agreed to pay 5% of the job fee. The effective job fee that you would pay is 0.
