You can view the feedback given to you by clicking on your Feedback Score (expressed as a percentage), next to your screen name on the Dashboard or by clicking on the “Feedback” tab on “Edit My Account” page.
A feedback once given can only be removed or modified in the following situations:
- If the invoice has been refunded.
- A valid court order has been presented requiring feedback to be removed.
- The feedback includes personal information.
- It contains grammatical errors, profanity or obscene language.
