An Agreement establishes the terms of engagement between the Freelancer and the Employer. It defines the scope of work and the Payment terms.
Agreements come into effect only once both parties agree and can be edited at any time. We recommend you start work only after accepting the Agreement. A binding Agreement in place helps reduce the chances of a dispute.
