We charge a small job fee on the invoice value to the Freelancers. The job fee ranges from 5% to 9% depending on their membership level. As an Employer, you get the option to split up to 5% of this job fee with your Freelancer. Basis your Agreement and your relationship with the Freelancer, you can choose to split the job fee as follows:
- You pay 2.5% of the job fee. Freelancer bears the remaining 2.5%.
- You pay 5% of the job fee. Freelancer bears no job fee.
- You don’t pay any job fee. Freelancer bears the full job fee.
