Requesting for Arbitration

If you and your Freelancer cannot agree on how the funds should be released, either party can request for Arbitration with an active “Release Request,” as long as funds are available in the SafePay.

To request for Arbitration:

1. Click on the job from under “Manage” section.
2. From the WorkRoom menu, click on “SafePay.”
3. Click on “Request Arbitration” in the SafePay window.
