About Hire Freelancer

Once your job is posted, you can search and hire Freelancers in various ways.

1. Find Freelancers and Request a Quote – Browse through our Freelancers using the Find Freelancer tool. Invite Freelancers with relevant skills to send a Quote for your job by clicking on “Get a Quote” button.
2. Post a Job – Share your requirements with a job post and receive Quotes from Freelancers interested in your job.
3. Rehire – Hire Freelancers you have previously worked with on Guru again.

The hiring process is as follows:

1. Evaluate the Quotes you receive by going through the details shared in the Quote, All-Time Transaction Data and Profile of the Freelancers.
2. You can discuss the Quote in detail with the Freelancer.
3. Once convinced with the Quote, you can hire them.
4. When the Freelancer accepts your hiring, you are allocated a WorkRoom to establish the Agreement and begin work.
