In our billing and payment system, Freelancers and Employers can transact in two ways – pay invoices directly or pay invoices using SafePay.
If you are working with a Freelancer for the first time, we recommend that you use SafePay. SafePay offers all the benefits of invoicing along with payment protection. It also helps in availing dispute resolution service.
If you are working with a Freelancer you already know, you can choose not to use SafePay. However, we will not be able to assist you in case of any dispute.
