Withdraw Funds

You can withdraw funds from your Cash Account at any time but they will only be returned to the original payment source.

We charge a 3.5% transaction fee to withdraw funds from your Cash Account. However, there are some conditions that apply basis the payment source:

Bank holidays in the U.S. or your country can delay your funds.

To withdraw funds:

1. Go to the Payments tab and click on “Cash Account” from the dropdown.
2. Click on “Withdraw” and enter the amount that you would like to withdraw.
3. Click on “Review.”
4. Review the transaction and click on “Withdraw” again.
