To make sure Guru is a secure marketplace that Employers and Freelancers can trust, we require all users to verify their identity.
You are required to submit the following as part of the ID Verification process:
1. ID Information which requires:
- Contact Information*
- Current Photo
- Proof of Address
- Government Issued ID
*The contact information submitted must match the details in the Government issued ID.
2. Credit Card Verification: We require you to have a verified credit card on your account as a part of our verification process. We charge a small random refundable amount to the credit card details shared by you and ask you to verify the charge made.
Once you successfully verify your credit card, we will process your ID Verification request.

displayed publicly.
