In our billing and payment system, Freelancers and Employers can transact in two ways – pay invoices directly or pay invoices using SafePay.
If you are working with an Employer for the first time, we recommend you opt to get paid using SafePay. SafePay offers all the benefits of invoicing along with payment protection. It also helps in availing dispute resolution service in case of unpaid invoices.
If you are working with an Employer you already know, you can choose not to use SafePay. In this case we will not be able to assist you with unpaid invoices.
