Requesting for Arbitration

If you and your Employer cannot agree on how the funds should be released (after a Release Funds Request has already been placed), either party can request for Arbitration.

To request for Arbitration:

1. Ensure there are funds available in SafePay.
2. Click on the job from under the “Jobs” section.
3. From the menu, click on “SafePay.”
4. Click on “Request Arbitration.”
