After you submit a Quote, you can use Bids to send a message to the Employer even before they contact you. Such messages are called Sales Messages and you must have a Professional, Business or Executive membership to be able to send them.
Cost of Sales Messages
To initiate a Sales Message:
- Click on the “Quotes” tab under “Find Work” section.
- Find the job you are looking for and click the Message icon.

- Maximum character count: 5,000
- Maximum size for attachments: 10 MB
- Supported file formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, ppt, txt, doc, swf, html, htm, wav, mov, avj, mpeg, mpg, xls, mp3, psd, tif, tiff , eps, png, mdb, mde, zip, bmp, qxd, docx, pptx, wmv, xlsx
