We are looking for a talented 3D Designer & Visualizer to transform 3D-modeled floor plans into fully furnished and styled home interiors based on client inspiration photos. The designer will also create high-quality video walkthroughs to help clients visualize the aesthetics, flow, and ambiance of their future home.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for interior design, expertise in 3D modeling software, and the ability to bring a client’s vision to life through immersive visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Add furniture, decor, and materials to 3D floor plan models based on client-provided inspiration photos.
- Ensure furniture placement aligns with functionality, comfort, and overall aesthetic appeal.
- Create realistic 3D renderings and animations that accurately depict textures, lighting, and spatial relationships.
- Develop high-quality video walkthroughs to give clients an interactive experience of their future home.
- Work closely with our team and clients to revise designs based on feedback.
- Optimize 3D assets and video quality while maintaining efficient project turnaround times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D design software (such as Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Cinema 4D, or similar).
- Strong skills in rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent).
- Experience creating animated walkthroughs with smooth transitions and realistic lighting.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Ability to interpret client preferences and translate inspiration photos into cohesive designs.
- Attention to detail and creativity in furniture arrangement and material selections.
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with VR/AR home visualization tools.
- Background in architectural visualization or interior design.
- Ability to create interactive 3D models for client review.
