My Property Vault is a comprehensive home inventory service designed to help homeowners organize and protect their possessions. We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager or Agency to develop, implement, and manage a successful affiliate program to expand our market reach and drive growth.
II. Objective
The primary objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or companies to manage our affiliate program. The chosen Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.
III. Scope of Work
The selected Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Affiliate Management:
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to provide support, guidance, and motivation.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials and resources to affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with program policies.
- Optimization and Reporting:
- Track and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance, such as promotional campaigns, incentives, and training.
- Provide regular reports on program performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.
