Job Description:
We seek a skilled developer or agency with experience in AI, chatbots, and system integration to develop and implement a chatbot and virtual assistant solution. The successful applicant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the chatbot from the initial setup, integration with existing systems, to the launch and post-launch optimizations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with existing CRM and booking systems.
• Ensure 24/7 operation and multilingual support for diverse user engagement.
• Conduct security assessments to safeguard user data interactions.
• Manage API integrations for seamless functionality across platforms.
• Train the AI models on customer service scripts and scenarios.
• Perform rigorous testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Provide documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, especially with chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Strong background in software development with expertise in programming languages relevant to AI chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson).
• Knowledge of web services, API integrations, and security protocols.
• Ability to work across different platforms (web and mobile).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
