AI-developer for insurance application

I have a new generation AI project to:
 
Manage filing various Insurance related PDF application forms,
Upload and collect client documents, including accident reports, and medical billing and diagnosis reports, as well as police reports.
Utilize AI to understand and organize the contents within the uploaded documents and generate organized and comprehensive demand reports.
Research online sources for similar past cases and precedents, and included references in the final demand letters
 
I already have a reliable team to do the UI, the client portal, all the AI development and required APIs, however to improve bandwidth to complete the project quicker, I am searching for well-experienced developers to jump in and assist with the development.
