We're currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate AI Integration Specialist who is skilled in setting up and optimizing automation workflows using tools like SignalWire and Salesmate via Zapier.
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Integration Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with setting up advanced communication flows and CRM integrations using SignalWire, Salesmate, and Zapier. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and has a passion for building AI-powered solutions that streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows between SignalWire, Salesmate, and other platforms using Zapier.
- Set up AI voice agents for outbound call campaigns, utilizing SignalWire’s programmable voice APIs.
- Optimize integrations for lead management and CRM data synchronization.
- Manage communication and automation projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Smarter Revolution team to brainstorm new solutions and support client needs.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of communication APIs, especially for voice, SMS, and AI-driven customer interactions.
- Experience with CRM systems and contact management.
- Ability to create, test, and deploy complex multi-step Zaps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with additional platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI agents and Natural Language Processing (NLP) platforms like Dialogflow or IBM Watson.
- Knowledge of LāML (Language for managing voice interactions) scripting.
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations.
