Job Title: AI-Powered Data Scraping and Enrichment Tool Developer for Business Intelligence (n8n Specialist)
Job Description: We are seeking a talented programmer to develop a proof-of-concept tool, tentatively called "BizFinder," using n8n and AI models. This tool will automate the collection, normalization, and enrichment of business data for Managed IT Services (MSPs) and similar businesses, targeting specific zip codes (e.g., 20190). The final output will be a structured database with key business details, powered by AI-driven processes and sourced from multiple platforms.
Project Overview / Feature List:
- Query Google Places (or a similar database) for businesses based on keywords and zip codes.
- Scrape the Document Object Model (DOM) of the search results to gather additional details.
- Use AI to normalize and structure the scraped data.
- Cross-reference and enrich the data using additional sources such as LinkedIn, MongoDB, or ZoomInfo.
- Post the final data to a SQL database (potentially hosted on Azure) with the following fields:
- Company Name
- Address (including zip code)
- CEO/President/Owner’s name
- CEO/President/Owner’s email address
- CEO/President/Owner’s phone number
- Company’s annual revenue
- Company’s number of employees
- The AI must provide confidence estimates for the validity of the data, along with metadata indicating the sources used and whether the information was verified across multiple platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Build the tool using n8n to ensure each step of the process is dynamic and configurable (e.g., adjustable keywords, zip codes, and data sources).
- Leverage AI models for data normalization, cross-referencing, and confidence scoring.
- Demonstrate prior experience with n8n by showcasing previously completed work.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in n8n (mandatory)
- Experience with AI model integration
- Web scraping / DOM parsing
- Database management (SQL, Azure)
- API integration (Google Places, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Additional Notes:
- Vendors will be paid for the qualification process which will be development of a small portion of the entire project to be used to make the final vendor selection. Finalized project will be paid at a fixed price.
- We encourage creative solutions and invite programmers to propose novel ideas or improvements to the outlined scope.
- The tool should be modular and scalable to support future enhancements.
