I am writing to request assistance with my disabled iPhone 4S. I have forgotten the PIN code and, after multiple failed attempts, it has been locked, preventing further entry. The device is now displaying a message saying "iPhone disabled. Connect to iTunes." I have tried using recovery software, specifically "imyphone" or a similar tool, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. It is possible that I may have accidentally connected the iPhone to iTunes at some point, which could have triggered a reset. I am hoping to recover old pictures from 2017 that I know are still stored on the device. I have never used an Apple ID, iCloud account, or iTunes with this iPhone. As far as I can remember, the last iOS version installed was 7. I am open to hiring a professional data recovery service to retrieve my data.
