Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming leads generated from Facebook and other digital platforms, ensuring prompt and professional response.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating between clients and our sales team to facilitate smooth communications.
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Engage with potential clients to validate their interest and qualifications before scheduling appointments, ensuring a high-quality pipeline.
  • Provide detailed information to clients about our services, answering any preliminary questions and preparing them for consultation with our sales team.
  • Follow up on all leads and appointments diligently, recording outcomes and feedback in the CRM to assist with future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign strategies based on appointment outcomes and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales coordinator, or similar role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple appointments and schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
