Assistant needed in Nagasaki

We are  looking for an assistant to help us verify a document of a candidate at the  institution mentioned below:
    * Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science

    * Address: 536 Abamachi, Nagasaki, 851-0123, Japan
The purpose of the authentication is to verify if the document is truly released by the  institution. The task consists of going to the address I mentioned and ask the relevant person to verify the document for you.
