The Mission
You’ll be on the front lines of building bots that think like humans, move like machines, and work 24/7 without a coffee break. These bots handle everything from compliance to workflow orchestration to testing and reporting—and they need to be damn good at it.
This isn’t QA automation. This is business automation at scale.
What You’ll Do
Build Digital Workers in Java that automate high-volume, high-value workflows for our clients.
Use Selenium to automate complex browser-based workflows and UI flows across enterprise apps.
Integrate with APIs like a boss—REST, SOAP, GraphQL, whatever gets the job done.
Set up CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to deploy bots at scale with zero downtime.
Read, interpret, and replicate human workflows—then make them 10x faster and smarter.
Work with our AI/ML team to make bots smarter with every run.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Solutions teams to turn customer pain points into automated solutions.
Write documentation that your future self will thank you for.
You Should Apply If You:
✅ Have deep Java chops and know how to architect maintainable automation solutions.✅ Know Selenium like the back of your hand and can automate UI tests in your sleep.✅ Are comfortable in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or any CI/CD pipeline of your choosing.✅ Know your way around RESTful APIs, tokens, headers, and integration debugging.✅ Are obsessed with optimization and want your bots running like a Swiss watch.✅ Are tired of just testing... and want to build something that runs real businesses.
Bonus Points If You:
⭐ Know your way around containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).⭐ Have worked with automation testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, etc.).⭐ Have experience with bot-building, RPA tools, or AI automation tools.⭐ Are curious about how AI and automation can transform industries.
