We have a discipleship, coaching, and mentoring ministry and need a brand refresh. The nonprofit is Stiles Ministries, Inc. Under this, we have two separate ministries: RandyStiles.org and KellyStiles.org. The icon symbolizes wheat for growth, hands (5 fingertips) for helping others, and a book for the bible. This is replicated 4 times to symbolize, 4 are gathered together. The Center cross is also hammers to forge out details and our faith and part of a Jerusalem cross. In this my wife feels that it is to masculine to carry to her brand/site (kellystiles.org). I would like something that balances both our concerns. For her, it would be nice if a wheat talk (with the head) is in a circle to tie back into the main icon. These are some of the ideas but open. My goal is that stilesministries.org (parent brand) and sub-brands randystiles.org and kellystiles.org have unified branding but still distinct.
Please let me know how you connect with these concepts and some thoughts. I would also like to see nonprofit work too.
