We are an e-commerce dropshipper. We have several suppliers connected through API to a 3rd party inventory and order management software. We have an internal MySQL database that logs each supplier's inventory with sku data and current price/qty which can be viewed using a web-based control interface. 2 suppliers are connected via FTP and a third uses via SOAP calls.
Problems we are having:
Our internal database is having trouble staying current with the supplier's real time data.
Our third party inventory & order management program does not stay current with price and quantity.
Our BigCommerce website is not keeping current with new listings and discontinued products.
Our flowchart of processes is not being followed per specs, as far as what process should occur and when
I need an expert debugger with experience in .JS, REST, JSON, SOAP, API, MySQL, and data management to review our .js code and see what's causing the discrepancies and apply fixes so that the output of our programs match the expected results. Our code is currently in github and being hosted on an Ubuntu droplet through Digital Ocean (we do not use AWS).
