Build a Real Estate Investment Site

We’re launching  a short-term rental investment platform that shows high-performing on-market STR properties.
I need a developer or team to help build a lead-gen website that integrates:

✅ Core Features:

MLS API integration – pull active property listings (price, type, bed/bath, location, photos)
Airdna API integration – calculate nightly rate, occupancy, gross income
Investment filtering logic – show only properties with Cash-on-Cash return ≥ 10%
Customizable assumption model – mortgage, furnishing, PM fees, etc.
User authentication (no payment) – users must sign up and log in to see:
Full property addresses
Photos
Downloadable pro forma
Admin portal or CMS – allowd team to update property list and adjust assumptions



🛠️ Tech Preferences (Flexible):

Frontend: Webflow, Framer, or custom
Gating/Auth: Memberstack, Outseta, Firebase
Database: Airtable, Google Sheets, Supabase, or CMS
Open to suggestions for best MVP flow
