Business Attorney - Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE)
I am preparing to launch a small startup that offers an advanced AI-based SaaS product designed to assist patent attorneys and agents in drafting patent applications more efficiently and cost-effectively.
The development of the product has been self-funded, and I plan to approach the initial seed round investment using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) mechanism to help launch and market the product.
To ensure the SAFE agreement is properly structured, I have collaborated with freelancers and utilized OpenAI to draft the initial documents. I am now seeking an experienced business or corporate attorney, familiar with SAFE, to review and finalize the required documents for presentation to potential investors at an attractive valuation.
