As a Customer Accounts Specialist at Alarm Company, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and growing our customer base. Our primary focus will be expanding our customer accounts and contributing to our company's success by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Alarm Company is a South Carolina-based company that installs and provides professional monitoring for Fire, Burglary, Life Alert, and Home Camera Systems. We will collaborate on best practices for outreach and value-added build-out. Working hours are entirely flexible. Think of a home fire and burglar alarm system, because its as simple as that. Everyone needs one or already has one. Ring and Nest are not professional services installed by certified state technicians, give families a false sense of security, and have nonexistent customer service for what is arguably one of the most important systems in your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve performance targets by adding new subscription-based monitoring service customers.
- Reach out to Residential and Commercial locations in South Carolina and pitch them to convert to our monitoring service, or have their first installed.
- Identify opportunities to win business from competitors and convert them into loyal Sentinel Alarm Company customers.
Compensation:
Compensation is open for negotiation, but we can discuss two different plans.
Base plus commission: $xx Base and $xx per new contract. A minimum of new contracts a month depends on requested base
100% Commission: $xx per new contract
