CAD DESIGNER NEEDED FOR RESIDENTIAL PORCH & GAZEBO ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS

## Project Overview:
We require professional architectural CAD drawings of an existing residential structure with front porch and gazebo for submission to the Town of Brookhaven, NY for code compliance verification. The drawings need to accurately document the existing structure and demonstrate that the front porch and gazebo were constructed according to local building codes. We are ONLY looking for the minimum essentials that building departments typically require for existing structure verification. We just want to focus on just what's needed to demonstrate basic code compliance.
## Deliverables:
- Basic CAD drawings including:
- Simple site plan showing location of porch and gazebo
- Floor plan of porch and gazebo with key dimensions
- Front elevation showing the porch and gazebo
- One cross-section showing basic construction method
- Foundation and connection details (focusing only on critical code compliance points)
- Drawings to include essential dimensions only
- Final delivery in PDF format
## Requirements:
- Experience creating architectural drawings for municipal permit/compliance submissions
- Familiarity with New York State residential building codes (Brookhaven specifically is a plus)
- Ability to work from photos and measurements of existing structures
- Strong attention to detail, especially for structural elements and connection points
- Clear communication throughout the project
## Timeline:
- Project needs to be completed within [4 weeks]
## Additional Information:
- We can provide multiple photographs of the existing structure from various angles
- Some basic measurements are available, but may need to discuss additional measurements required
- The gazebo has an octagonal design with integrated connection to the main porch
- Specific attention needed to structural elements that demonstrate code compliance (footings, connection points, etc.)
