We are a design and build company currently engaged in the conversion of a 15000sf industrial metal building into a medical care unit with care rooms and offices. We will be doing all the design but will need a licensed architect on board for reference and consulting as needed. The architect will be paid a retainer fee and an hourly rate to be agreed upon for the consultancy .
The engineer (it could be same person if holder of both licenses), will be tasked to review the design and provide the engineering, calculations, details, specifications, along with signing and sealing the plans. We can do all the drafting if needed and engineer would verify and give recommendation.
We are flexible as to remuneration, however we would a general estimate as to maximum cost for engineering services.
