Simple Check in App for iPad or PC Tablet – (Only need 1 or the other)
This program will be used 1x a month. Each month the database should keep entries in a separate table
Feature 1)
Admin enters date of project
Feature 2)
Allow Attendees to enter only the following information into the tablet:
- Full Name
- Phone Number (all will be US based so don’t need country codes)
- Email address
Other Built in Features:
As attendees start typing their name it will automatically check the database for a match to prepopulate the fields
If it recognizes the person, it will show their information and ask them to confirm it is them or give them to option to start a new record
Feature 3)
On the home screen it will display the number or people currently registered somewhere in a corner
Feature 4)
On the home screen it will have a button that can be pressed to show a list of all current attendees
*A checkbox column should appear to delate a single entry or select all
*If a name is selected from the list it will bring you to the record that can be edited
Feature 5)
Somewhere on a back-end there should be a way to export a report for each month into Excel
Feature 6) – OPTIONAL
A text can be programming to be sent out either/or immediately after they register with preprogrammed content (most likely setup on a backend somewhere) or scheduled to be sent out at a later date or at any time admin wants to send it manually
