We are seeking a skilled freelancer with experience in setting up workflows in ClickUp to assist in creating a tailored system for managing the production of digital images. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow automation, task management, and utilizing ClickUp for team collaboration. You will be responsible for setting up a structured project within ClickUp to efficiently manage the entire digital image production process.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up a comprehensive ClickUp project or folder to manage the digital image production workflow.
  • Create task templates that reflect the steps involved in image production (e.g., image processing, quality checks, text integration, and distribution).
  • Set up Custom Fields to capture important data related to each image batch, such as:
  • Input Folder
  • Processing Date
  • Processing PC (we have 10 PCs in use, such as Mercury, Venus, etc.)
  • File Size Check (17MB+)
  • DPI Check (300 DPI)
  • AI Text Generation and Integration
  • Distribution Platforms
  • Develop and implement Subtasks for each step of the workflow, ensuring clear tracking of each task.
  • Create Status options that reflect different stages of the production process, such as:
  • New Content
  • Processing
  • Quality Check
  • Text Integration
  • Distribution
  • Set up Automations to streamline the workflow, such as:
  • Automatically move tasks to the next stage once a checkbox is ticked (e.g., once processing is done or DPI check is completed).
  • Trigger status updates when specific actions are completed (e.g., AI text is generated, or images are distributed).
  • Develop a Dashboard for reporting, providing insights into the progress of all image batches, including:
  • The number of tasks in each stage.
  • The status of quality checks and distribution.
  • The status of text generation and integration.
  • Ensure that the system is user-friendly and easy to navigate for both our internal team and freelancers who might be involved in the workflow.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience with ClickUp, including advanced features such as task templates, custom fields, automations, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, particularly related to creative and digital production workflows.
  • Experience in managing workflows for a creative or digital content team, preferably in image or media production.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and ensure the setup meets our specific needs.
  • Ability to create detailed and user-friendly workflows that are scalable and adaptable to changes in our production process.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):


  • Basic understanding of image production processes (e.g., file sizes, DPI, image editing).
  • Familiarity with creative project management and distribution platforms.

Duration:


  • The project will begin immediately. There is a possibility of continued work for ongoing optimizations.
