Responsibilities:
- Handling calls and messages from clients in English
- Managing the CRM system
- Selling services over the phone
- Controlling and planning the work schedules of employees
- Supporting the company owner in managing Instagram and SEO with the help of AI
Requirements:
- Above-average level of English
- Knowledge of Russian
- Experience is not required, but a high level of English is critical
