Type: PERCENTAGE BASED COMMISSION Contract Position
Compensation: Commission-based with a $2,000 bonus if the goal is met within 6 months
Annual Fundraising Goal: $1.5 million
Duration: Initial 6 months, with the potential for a 3-5 year extension based on performance
A commission-based position with the opportunity to earn a competitive commission on funds raised. Additionally, if the fundraising goal of $1.5 million is met within 6 months, a bonus of $2,000 will be awarded. The ideal team strategist will play an ongoing important role in the sustainability of the objectives and mission of the organization, therefore we will consider a an hourly salary plus an attractive compensation package.
