Computer Vision - Text Identification

We need to build UI and text identification system for a remote location where internet connectivity is poor.
Complete details will be given after candidate finalization.
Once we are fine with the applicants capabilities in UI and Machine Vision, we will offload one more in future.
We cant disclose much about the project to a large audience.
