We’re looking to hire a freelance consultative Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in technical or scientific industries to help us secure beta testers and customers.
In this role, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers in the data center industry, understand their challenges, and gather valuable insights that will shape the development of our product.

What You’ll Do:

* Conduct initial calls with leads generated by our Appointment Setter (senior executives at data center companies, including hardware buyers, architects, and IT professionals).
* Build Rapport: Establish trust and credibility as the face of our startup.
* Use a predefined script/Q&A framework to explore their pain points, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
* Clearly summarize key insights for our Technical Specialist to analyze.
* Work closely with both the Appointment Setter and Technical Specialist to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience or familiarity with scientific, engineering, or technical fields (e.g., photonics, tech hardware, data systems, hardware, or related areas).
* Proven track record in consultative sales or discovery /customer/ research calls, ideally in technical or scientific industries.
* Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
* Ability to ask open-ended questions, listen actively, and extract actionable insights from conversations.
